The commercial department at Norton Motorcycles is the customer facing hub of the business. Currently a team of 23 people, the responsibility of marketing, communications, dealer development and management, direct sales, aftersales and alternative revenue all sits within this team.
The commercial department ensures consistent and timely messaging with our dealer partners, media, potential and existing customers, across multiple platforms. Building brand equity and generating sales demand is what drives the commercial team. Ensuring that Norton can meet that sales demand with timely production and delivery of our product range is a critical element of the day to day operations with this department.
