What we do

 

The VLM (Vehicle Line Management) Team work with all the other business functions to deliver new bike programmes at Norton on time, to cost & quality. The Team uses the NPD Gateway process to track cross functional delivery against relevant deliverables during the new bike development process. At each Gateway the programme status is presented to the Norton & TVS Leadership Team for Gateway approval. The VLM Team are independent from all other Norton functions and report directly to the CEO.

Working in the VLM Team gives you a great opportunity to understand how all functions work within Norton and allows significant contact with TVS.
