In Operations, we cover the 3 core areas of the Production Process; Stores, Fabrication and Assembly (Both Chassis & Engines). Across a combined workspace of over 85,000 Sq Ft, we work as a unified team to ensure that our motorcycles are built to the best standard possible and against the demand of our sales team. Integrated into this, is a team of Production Engineers who help bring to life the new designs of motorcycles that start life as a concept with the design team whilst at the same time, they support the current production of motorcycles ensuring we focus on efficiency and quality improvements. Supporting all of this, is the Health & Safety and Facilities team who form an integral part of the Operations team and support all other functions ensuring that our facility meets the same proud standards we hold our products too.
