** This role is a Fixed-Term Contract for three to six months with the potential to go permanent**

As Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:  

• Develop driven (with the use of AI) content strategies that personalise customer engagement and enhance brand storytelling
• Power content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, DALL·E) to create dynamic and scalable marketing materials
• Optimise content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing, ensuring maximum impact and engagement
• Analyse content performance using machine learning insights, A/B testing, and predictive analytics
• Work closely with the digital marketing, design, and development teams to integrate AI content solutions into broader marketing strategies
• Research and implement trends in content marketing, ensuring Norton remains at the forefront of communication
• Ensure brand consistency, and compliance across all content initiatives

Core Competencies: 

• Proficiency in AI-powered content tools and automation platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, data-driven content marketing, and audience segmentation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret AI-driven insights and optimise strategies
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, and marketing teams
