The Role
Norton Motorcycles are looking for a Brand Partnerships Specialist on a contract basis for three to six months. We are looking for someone who thrives on building impactful relationships and curating collaborations that resonate with riders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic brand partnerships across lifestyle, apparel, tech, and motorsport industries
- Manage ongoing partner relationships—nurturing, optimising, and ensuring alignment with Norton brand values
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring co-branded campaigns, events, and activations to market
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring ROI and mutual value
- Monitor partnership performance and compile regular reports on KPIs, audience impact, and engagement
- Stay on top of trends in both the motorcycle industry and adjacent verticals to spot new opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events, races, and trade shows to cultivate networks and promote collaboration
Person Specification:
- 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or brand marketing (experience in Powersports, Automotive, Lifestyle, or Outdoor Industries a plus)
- Proven track record of building and managing successful brand collaborations
- Deep understanding and genuine passion for motorcycle culture and community
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
