Working closely with Alternative Revenue and Ownership Experience (Aftersales), this is a brand guardian position that requires strong organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of packaging approvals across multiple suppliers. While the focus is on packaging, you will also contribute to branded goods merchandise design and provide ad hoc graphic design support for product launches.
This role is a 6-month contract (Fixed Term or Contractor)

- Maintain brand consistency across packaging, retail displays, and marketing touchpoints.
- Manage multiple concurrent packaging projects with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain asset libraries, packaging guidelines, and design documentation for internal and supplier reference.
- Liaise with internal teams across product, marketing, and aftersales to ensure cohesive execution of brand visuals.
- Manage workload and ensure timely delivery of all projects, meeting all sign-off points and flagging up any potential risks or delays
Personal Specification
- 5+ years’ experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer goods, automotive, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in packaging design.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of packaging production processes, dielines, and print specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills to handle large volumes of design approvals.
